The Hotel was nice very convenient to local everything. Front was very nice restaurant was staff also very and friendly. Food at the restaurants especially dinner was great. MY ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT KING SIZE BED WAS HARD AS A ROCK. FRED FLINTSTONE WOULDN'T SLEEP ON IT.

We were really pleased with the rooms and over all experience. All the staff is very friendly, helpful and respectful. The food at the hotel restaurant was also very good. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee. The property is renovated nicely and very clean. We highly recommend this stay.

This is an excellent hotel and the staff is very helpful. It’s a little cozy for US standards, but still a nice place. Close to el Zocalo and many other tourists attractions.

Great value and modern clean rooms
the service was great and i a rather central location. we decided to Uber to other locations in Mexico City. The hotel has a convenient drive up for the taxi/Uber drivers. the rooms have opening windows which i like. the bar restaurant downstairs is very good. This was a great value overall and close to the airport upon departure.

Flamencos Hotel is "very" perfect. Very friendly, very secure, very clean, and very central. From our arrival at 1am, there was a conciege security guard opening the door for us and a hotel receptionist to check us in. The room was spacious, very clean, modern with a rain forest shower and "whisper close" toilet seats and flush, and exceeded our expectations. The hotel restaurant was very good as they served a small breakfast buffet for all kinds of taste along with fresh cut fruits while the day and night menu also had a good selection of food. Try their Arrachera as it was excellent! The gym on the 7th floor was clean and peaceful. The surrounding area is the older downtown called Centro and although some reviews frowned on this, you have to keep in mind that this historical area comprises of 668 blocks so everything looked and felt the same within this area. We walked everywhere and the old streets and storefronts, the taco stands on every corner, the roar of the crowd was throughout these 668 blocks. So if you want to stay in Centro, Flamencos is one of the best hotel values. Kudos to the management team for their professionalism and hospitality especially big thanks to Saul, Edouardo, Rosendo, and Veronica who made our stay even more enjoyable! Plus the hard working maid Ani-Lou who cleaned our room every day.
