Staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival and departure. Didn’t think Chocolate hour was very good compared to Wellington Movenpick Hotel. Noise In corridor at 6:30am from cleaners pushing a trolley? was annoying.

The staff at the reception are very friendly. The only negative thing is when we arrived at the hotel after a long walk in the city, our room is still untidy, the room service staff came late in the afternoon. I find that quite unusual.

The property is in a good location. Our room had a great harbour view. It was reasonable quiet. Unfortunately the Gym is tiny without any natural light. Also the bed had roll together and was very sensitive to movement. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location, restaurant and rooms. Can get very noisy outside on the weekend. Good location near attractions and eateries. Room service breakfast isn’t worth what they charge but hanging the order form on the door handle outside the night before is a nice touch. Overall very good.

great place to stay to explore the CBD. Lobby staff were great and valet parking was a great addition. Only downside was the staff at the roof top bar on our first night was very average when we went to visit. The morning breakfast staff were very good however so hoping it was just an isolated incident

Movenpick is my hotel of choice whenever I visit Ackland. Conviniently located at the Commercial Bay area for business meetings and dining options, Rooms are on the small side but totally adequate as I only use them for sleeping.
