Staff was friendly and location is perfect. Rooms were clean even though hotel is old and need some renovation. Sink in the bathroom wasn't functioning properly and the buthtub as well had leakages. Overall for one night it was good. As I saw on the lower floor they started renovations. Breakfast is simple but good as well. Rooms are clean.

Checking lady refused to check me in. Please refund me. I had to go to another hotel and pay last minute feed for a room because of this, it ended adding around $500 to my trip. Was the worse experience I ever had traveling.

The room felt dirty. The bathroom was tired and outdated, and not very clean. Housekeeping came in every morning and did a nice job. Hotel carpet was worn and dirty, parking was uncomfortable, and local area felt very unsafe. Would not recommend.

Hotel in a great position overlooking the park and the Capitol building. Great staff and a very good breakfast offering included in the price. Underground parking a bit tight though.

Arrived to the hotel and checked in, get to the room and it looked like one of the beds had been laid in. Called the front desk they were very kind and offered a new room, so we swapped. Our biggest issue with the hotel was the scary parking garage. It was narrow, dark, damp, and someone was fixing a car down there and had it on jacks.

The hotel was very dirty and smelled musty. The most offensive part was the toilet - If you kept the seat up, water splashed everywhere when you flushed. If you put the seat down, water splashed on the cover and then back on the seat (there was a sizable gap), so the next time you went to sit, you'd be sitting in whatever you flushed last. We had to clean the toilet after every flush.

This is not a boutique Hotel ! It served its purpose for what we needed, which has a place to lay our head at night. I first started off with a good time. I have an issue customer service to correct whatever the problem was very friendly to the negatives the room key card need to be updated because the system that they have now is outdated and terrible. Most people’s wallets are on their phones. My room did not have a phone in it and when I asked you about that I have no idea I cannot call the front desk to tell them I need more towels or a blanket because there was no phone in my room and I tried to call my cell phone, but no one picked up. Over all my stay was a 6 out of 10
