The casino was fun, food was great, but the WiFi was totally messed up on a bunch of floors, and the front desk basically told us “sucks to suck” saying we could use it in the lobby. That’s true, but kinda defeats the purpose of “free WiFi”

4.5 Stars!! Good Room, Great Price, Grand Stay!
Pros: Price! It was under 100 for a good clean room that was easy access to the rest of the place (ground floor). It was newly remodeled. Service was prompt and professional could've been more friendly with a few staff members but alright. Cons: the new remodel left only; simple fridges none had the little freezer in it, no jacuzzi suites, and there's probably more I just didnt know about it. All in all, I would enjoy staying there again and I wish more places would have prices under 100 for stays.. I've stayed in way worse places and been severely less comfortable for way more money! So good job.. great stay - no. Grand Stay and the Grand Casino!! :)

Check in and staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean but the elevators are in dire need of a facelift. Chipped floor. Missing pieces of flooring. The place could use a good once over by the janitors and maintenance department.
