I am happy to report that, different from my first experience at this hotel, the room was very clean. The only reason I did not give this more stars is that breakfast was late getting stated and the eggs were cold.

Close to Milano Centrale Train Station
This is a wonderful location. The train station is directly across the street, making it convenient to get around the city or for longer distance trips. I’ve stayed here twice!

Lobby and rooms are rather small for a 4* hotel. The room décor is moody but that's not a good enough reason for very poor lighting in the room. Difficult getting ready and seeing yourself in the mirror with bad lighting. The shower water temperature was also very inconsistent with water coming out too hot or too cold even when set to a specific setting. The hallway on our floor also had some repair work going on during our stay so it was noisy and dirty most of the time.

The hotel itself is really good, the stuff was super friendly and helpful( housekeeping was more than great), , front desk allowed us to check out 1 hour later ( appreciated!!!) but I don’t think the hotel is 4 starts worth it, the rooms were very small ( for that price ), if you don’t pay for a room with a view , you will keep your curtains closed … Robes were missing, flip flops and etc ( stuff you can live without, but for a 4 star hotel for that money you should have it)

The hotel was in a good location with local shops nearby. The room we were given was clean and fairly well presented with a comfortable bed, however, it was very small and little to no storage for clothing. The cleaners were too loud in the corridors in the morning and during the day which can disturb your peace in your room. There was no room to iron clothing and the lighting was poor

Pictures online are not a realistic representation of the hotel. Room was very small and smelt awful. Air con wasn’t on due to season which in heat amplified the bad smell. No bar/reception area. Felt unsafe outside the hotel after 7pm - a lot of pickpockets and people intimidatingly approaching you asking for money or offering drugs !
