HD8 hotel was in a very convenient location, close to the train station and subway to travel to other popular locations. The hotel was clean and modern, very minimalistic. The staff was very average, they did not provide poor service but it was the bare minimum. They did not provide information to make our stay better in comparison to other hotel staff. For example, they did not provide a map of the area, inform us how to reach the reception or guide us to a local store to get items since we're traveled from the US.

Stayed in the property few times but on this occasion it was awful. Small sink can’t even wash hands properly. No soap had to ask. Leak, bed sheets never changed, no water provided. Didn’t give me even two pillows, one thin pillow. Upon request they said hotel is full and we are short of pillows.

Hotel is in a great location just minutes away from the central station. Only con was the shower would randomly go cold for a few seconds everytime using the shower and the aircon/heating would not move from what it was originally set

Very small, not the best
Very small room with no toilet in a seperate room and the shower/washbasin in the original room. Very small. Bed comfortable but only one pillow which wasn’t comfortable. The room was extremely dark making it hard to get ready. We let the hotel know it was our honeymoon and no effort made for this. The only one positive was the location beside the train station.

There was no coffee facilities in the rooms. Rooms were clean but there was only 1 pillow per person provided. The minibar was also very expensive in comparison to the shops right outside the hotel facilities

Great location!
We stayed here during the Monza F1 Grand Prix. Its located right across the main train station and metro stations so getting around was very easy, especially since we had to take trains to and from Monza three days in a row. Tons of dining options nearby that cater to a variety of dietary restrictions. Its a short 15 min metro ride to the center of town, and has a train station directly beside it for on our return from the Inter Milan game at San Siro. Location is prime for traveling around the city and to do day trips to Torino and Como.
