Good things about the property - very walkable - steps away from restaurants, shopping, public transportation - Attentive and pleasant staff Not so good - right next to the overground which runs for about 21hrs a day , very loud, entire room shakes , constant rumbling. - unable to change temperature in the room . - found used cotton tips by my bed - the do not disturb button only works if you leave the key card inserted into the card slot in the room .

Great hotel in the best location for brung near The Duermo, shopping and restaurants. We drove was difficult to find as its not well marked in the middle of the block. Need to park in public parking lot around the corner. Great stay! Now thst I know where you are will be back again!

The hotel staff were very helpful and the property was very central to amenities. Staff gave excellent recommendations for food and areas to visit. The room was clean and met our needs. Be aware that there are no food options in hotel other than snacks. This is not an issue as the hotel is two minutes walk from a large variety of cafes/restaurants/shops. We would stay again.

Great location!
The hotel and its staff were wonderful! The room was comfortable with perfect running air conditioning. The carpet was a bit dirty but overall the room was clean. The hotel is perfectly located within a few feet from the metro. I would stay here again.

Terrific location. walkable to the Duomo, La Scala and the fashion district. also very close to the Metro station (M1 and M3 lines). The rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms/showers. There are a number of excellent coffee/pastry shops also within walking distance. The support/advice that we received was highly dependent upon who was on duty at the time.

The communication with the staff was great. Even though the location is excellent, if you drive to the hotel be ready for a challenge… parking lot very close. The staff was very receptive and welcoming.
