To be as close as possible to the action, the Matsunoi and Sarugakyo Onsen Shojuen are top choices.

Tourists who want a popular accommodation area, should check out Nakanojo. It is 13 kilometres from the middle of Minakami. There are 6 places to base yourself in the area. Hotel options here include the Hinatamikan, Shima Tamura, Shima Grand Hotel, Ichigekan and Shima Yamaguchikan.
