Lovely hotel
It’s a newly renovated room facing the sea. We have a good time here with Onsen, tea and evening lounge with drinks and snack. We will come back next time .

Expedia never ever again. I made this reservation for a meeting February. Then spent the next several months with my mother in decline and her death. I decided not to go to the meeting but forgot I’d made a reservation. Not one single reminder from Expedia u til I got a “how was your check-in experience” from Expedia. I couldn’t cancel as the 24 hour before check-in cancellation deadline had passed. Hotel is bound by Expedia rules and Expedia never even responded to my message to them. Don’t use Expedia ever. I can’t tell you about the hotel as I didn’t stay there.

チェックインにたくさん並んでおられ時間がかかりました。 3部屋利用で食券が1枚だったのを利用部屋毎に出し直してくださったり、レストランでは多くの利用者だったのに案内も配膳も丁寧に対応していただけました。 ラウンジがごった返していました。 ラウンジというのなら、席数を増やし、ゆったり時間が過ごせたら良かったです。 お食事は品数もあり、作りたてで、食材も新鮮でした。 姪っ子が子ども連れだったのですが、キッズルームが助かったと言っておりました。 お世話になりました。 ありがとうございました。
