Very good value. Secure and safe. Very helpful staff. Plenty of food choices. Only problems are with walking anywhere, pavements are all busted up and blocked by parked motorbikes and cars. Trying to cross the road is a nightmare. Good news is that the air is very much cleaner than it was 20 years ago.

We stayed at the Orchard Garden Suites on two separate occasions. Each time we stayed, the rooms were great for two adults & 1 teenager. Internet access was good and reliable and its staff were excellent. Good value and excellent service compared a number of other hotels we stayed at while in the Philippines for over a month.

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I spent 2 weeks diving and by the end it felt like home. The restaurant was delicious! The management and staff are gracious and accomodations were very comfortable. Can't recommend Lalaguna more."

"This is a no frills resort. If you're looking to get of the beaten pay this the place . We loved it walking distance on the beach to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island , not white beach, much nicer. Restaurant has a limited selection but some tasty local foods . We rented a motorcycle ..."
