Almost perfect!
Overall, was pleasantly surprised with spaciousness of room and service. I requested a quieter room and received just that. Didn’t want to hear any dogs barking as they allow dogs. Received cute surprise for my birthday - we we were celebrating early. Very nice touch. Comfortable beds. Excellent amenities. The pool with pool bar is 10/10 amazing. The main breakfast is delicious. Only complaint is I found long black hairs in shower that weren’t mine and the bath/shower is outdated. Shower pressure was good though.

Our check in was a mixed experience. Although we understood that we arrived after 5pm, we were given a room level to the ground with a very limited view. However the receptionist, Valentin, promised to check for a better room in the morning and she did follow through with our request to accommodate us. The rest of the stay was fabulous until apparently the morning of checkout when reception, room service, and internet all became unavailable.

Pros: staff was great. Great location and the outdoor pool area is one of the better ones at Tremblant. Cons: indoor pool and hot tub is very outdated along with the rooms. 90s era. Overpriced for the overall experience.

Booked & stayed for 1 night to enjoy the amenities of the hotel. Stayed there 5 tears ago and they had some renovations. The staffs are nice and very accomodating and the service is fast, they give everything you need.
