The property is beautiful, very clean and put together. Our overall stay was excellent. A couple notes, the refrigerator in our suite was questionally working. To cold then to warm. The temp adjustment was not working. Then the issue of no microwave when it clearly stated online one would be in that type of room and confirmed it with a phone call. Overall the staff was great with one exception. The front desk clerk that checked us in as well as checked us out. Both interactions came with a heavy touch of attitude even when we were kind to him. The bell hops and valet personnel were all wonderful, friendly and professional. For what you're paying at the hilton, everything should be working properly and absolutely no tude from any employee working there.

Booked hotel 4 month ahead. But by 2 month time had to change dates. But hotel would not, after multiple attempts, citing non-refundable price policy. Arrived on site, and asked to sit in waiting area for 30 minutes, even though room was already ready. Forfeited one night thanks to non-refundable policy.

The staff was super nice and accommodating! We were able to walk to the Santa Monica Pier and we took a short drive to the beautiful Venice canals. It's a great option if you want the LA beach experience.
