Four Great Days!
From the moment we checked in we were comfortable, relaxed and well cared for. The room was lovely with views of the pool and gardens. The hot tub was a perfect spot to unwind after a grueling climb to the top of the mountain. So much to do and see. We could go back again and again!

It was in the heart of everything, you would want or need. Except for the room cleaning staff which were mediocre - I would have rated the stay as excellent.

The place is wonderful . Really nice outside , inside it’s cozy . The only ick is that we had issues with parking and we called to ask for extra blankets ( we we 6 and only had 2 ) and they forgot . But it fine , when we went to the front desk they gave it to us quickly

Service was poor. Did not provide room service even after notifying them that they had missed us. The pool side food and beverage service was severely understaffed - waiting multiple hours to get a menu, order a coffee. Despite sharing feedback the hotel made no attempt to address our concerns.

The team was super kind and helpful to our request to host our daughters birthday during our stay, it was a special moment and tbey made effort to send the robot with gifts that made the kids super excited. All the team are welcoming and nice.
