Great location and valet staff are so kind and helpful. This is my third time here so I have experienced the Fairmont at various times. This time was different due to down season but also that the property is undergoing construction making it non inviting, closed areas such as the lounge for the view and or a night cap. Typically this property is a five star however, this time it would be rated more of a number three and was disappointed to find that if you wanted a cocktail, only you had to sit in a designated area on the seventh floor, which did not provide the best views which I felt like due to the lounge being closed, you should have access to wherever you would like for a nightcap or cappuccino, which is what we were enjoying. On a few occasions the concierge desk was non attended and there were no easy signs directing you for assistance. However, the Fairmont staff truly are the most hospitable, friendly and care about you as a guest.

I was my wife’s B-Day , it was fun the stuff provided amazing service, the amenities were spotless, our favorite part is the restaurant at the top , beautiful views at our room overlooking the ocean.

Fantastic hotel
Amazing hotel, well placed and very comfortable! The beds are some of the most comfortable I have slept in. Only negative is that the lobby bar was closed for refurbishment.

The staff were quite rude in the dining areas. Lobby lounge and Ami. Felt like we were treated differently because we had booked through Expedia. The room they gave us was right next door to a huge construction site.

We have been several times at this hotel We love the location and the quality of the room. The staff is very attentive and professional Breakfast is also excellent The only thing missing was the bar in the lobby

The parking fee of 60 euros per day is really expensive, the car rental fee is 75 euros per day, but the fairmont hotel valet service is 60 euros.
