Family/kids oriented caravan park with tidy cabins available and excellent heated/covered pool area as well. This is a budget friendly and clean/tidy place to stay. Thanks for having us and look forward to staying again.

I like the hot tub and the fact that they supplied robes. I was able to change my dates without a problem to arrive 1 day later. They had a coffee press! New Zealand and Australia don't use drip coffee. This is an awesome family place. Kitchen is not well stocked and room needs updating.

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful time at this holiday park. The motel style room had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchenette. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in giving us tips on where to visit in Rotorua. The swimming pool was also nicely heated! All the dinosaurs around the park gave it a fun appearance!

Quiet location just out of Rotorua. Close to the Lake Rotorua. Staff were very friendly and informative. They booked events for us. Internet was difficult to get on and when we did get in we got bumped out several times.

At check in we were made to feel very welcome, it was quick & easy. Our room was immaculately clean & the only issue we had was the toaster which was resolved. Pool & spa were great. It was a little out of town which we didn’t mind and very affordable. Loved it!

It is the third time we have stayed here. The rooms are neat and tidy. They are so well maintained and are comfortable to be in. I love that we can see the playground from our cabin so the kids can go play at any time. The pool is heated and they have now added a slide into the pool. The staff are feiendly and very helpful. The dinosaurs are just a plus for my boys. The only negative about our whole stay would be getting from the pool to our house but thats mother natures fault. As a mother I highly recommend All Seasons Holiday Park (:

Thought we had booked a family room so had to squeeze into a cabin but staff tried to assist us with change but all bookings arrived. Staff were lovely. Easy to find. Such an awesome environment for anyone with kids

Clean, well equipped room, apparently well maintained facilities. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Tracie & Kevin were simply amazing in making us feel welcome. A pleasure to deal with these people. We were only there one night but wished our itinerary would have allowed for more. We would highly recommend this park, particularly suited to families.

Perfect for families large playground indoor hotpool and spa..part of the hotpool is shallow so great for the little ones dinosaurs all over the property to shiw the kids also so makes a great walk at any time of the day...Play room and family room cooking facilities and refrigerators to store your food...Great feel really safe staff super friendly cant wait to stay again

We stayed for 2 nights in your motel units. The unit was clean and tidy, great spot for the kids (opposite the pool). Your pool is lovely and it was very quiet. The kids playground could do with a bit of an update, the trampoline was broken and the boat was a bit rusty/paint peeling. The kids arcade room wasn't great but we didn't stay long in there. Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely come back the next time we're in Rotorua.
