When we arrived we were told there was no early check in not even 10-15 minutes. We decided to wait in the lobby which had the A/C turned off maybe turn the air on or let guest check in a bit early so they don’t have to wait in the lobby sweating. Staff is not friendly but once we got our room everything was good.

Some rooms have not cable tv There is a night club right next to it and it’s super noisy at night. Some guest don’t respect other guest, having all the tv volumen up and staff didn’t care about it, it was easier for them to change our room at midnight
