Well located but shabby hotel
Very large hotel, well located for Notting Hill and Olympia. The decor is dated and everything in the bedroom looked as though it was ready to be replaced. Shabby bathroom, not cleaned well on the inside of the cubicle. Staff were great on reception.

I hated that they were no usb or ac power ports at the bedhead Everything usable was on the opposite side on the desk with the tv and above the fridge area. I use my electronics, read my email on my laptop and watch content while lying on my bed. I brought an extension plug strip but the socket for the standing lamp which was on the bedhead side had the round holes and not the standard rectangle holes like they had on all of the sockets that were on the other side. I switched the way I slept on the bed. My head was at the bottom of the bed and my feet were at the top. It is only the location of this hotel that did it for me. The usb and power ports iss would have been a deal breaker for me. The rooms need a modern refresh / renovation and the shower / bathtub could have been a bit bigger. It is a Hilton. The bathtub is ridiculously high. Besides this my stay was satisfactory.

We were allocated the wrong room put in a standard double instead of a superior twin, after first night we had to move and the room we went into was fine but found the whole fuss of moving an absolute pain

Love this hotel was my favorite out of my whole stay this week and stayed in 3 other locations. The concierge was helpful and allowed me to utilize the properties adaptor to charge my phone overnight. Super grateful for the courteous and helpful staff !

Well situated on Holland Park road for Visiting Holland Park, Westfield shopping centre & the Shepherds Bush area. Double room was excellent and the room is cleaned well. Breakfast is worth the money and the reception staff are very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay.
