The decor of the property was drab and next to a vacant plot which didn't help its appeal. The room was as expected and the coffee machine in the lobby was good. Location is pretty good for a leisure trip to Montreal as most areas are walkable from there although there are a lot of rough sleepers in the downtown area

Great stay in Montreal.
Excellent location right on Ste. Catherine in the Quarter. Lots of activity on the street, but felt secure in the hotel. Good size room, comfortable bed.

Great place to stay
We had a wonderful time. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and competent. Two of the late afternoon staff helped me secure boarding passes for our flight home. It was a bit complicated as I had to get digital images of our passports uploaded to the United Airlines web site. The follow on duty helped me extensively and likely stayed with me after his shift ended. The location was a easy walk to a bus line and subway stop. Housekeeping was attentive to details. Really liked the filtered water, coffee, and microwave in the lobby area.
