The staff were great . What we liked was that they had valet parking so we didn’t have to worry about our cars. It was close to the metro station .The worse part it is on st Cathrine Street so their was homeless people on the street , but would stay there again.

They run out of parking quickly, so check in by 6 or you will be searching the city for parking and all the parking decks will likely be full (this happened on a Thursday). Had to park in an open air sketchy parking lot.

Do not recommend this hotel for any guests with a car. During check in, we received a $105 ticket while waiting for the valet to park our car. We asked the general manager to call us but they did not contact us to discuss.

Property was great with good service. the area around the hotel is impacted by the "mission" serving drug addicts and homeless people nearby. However, it was not a security concern for us (family of 4).
