The onsite parking was convenient. It was unfortunate that there was a daily fee but it is understandable in a city. There isn't continental breakfast but there is a restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast and dinner for an additional cost. Overall the hotel was quiet and clean. The rooms were very spacious and the staff were inviting.

The entrance door of the hotel got closed at night. No one was there to open the door. No card opener. Nothing! I had to stay till someone gets out to open the door! Really bad experience The room cards were disabled on the second day. When asked from the receptionist she said it’s a magnet issue. How magnet issue happens for both cards?

Very basic things not offered- no robes in the room, no hot sauce or plum sauce with room service. Room service food was very underwhelming. The gym is nice. Location is great. Rooms are very outdated and tvs are extremely small. With so many other (better) options in that area of the city, we won’t be back.
