We stayed for the New Year holiday and were overwhelmed by the amount of children running free up and down the hallways at 7am. There was very little peace am d quite unfortunately throughout the 3 day stay. The pool and spa were overly crowded and we were unable to enjoy it. The bar has an aweful espresso Martini that was very disappointing. We will not stay here again mainly because we do not have children.

It was all great as we are repeat clients. However this time around it was during the holiday break and the Queen Elizabeth was closed. There were so many children and they were pretty free range, loud and running everywhere. The parents just let them run and yell up and down the hallways. I was run into multiple times. Because of this we did not want to enter the restaurants or bar as there were just too many children. We did get to walk to the Keg in the underground so that was lovely and we had fantastic drinks and appetizers. Don't get us wrong we love staying at the Bonaventure but might be hesitant to stay during the holiday break again.

Nice hotel
We only stayed one night, but the room is very spacious and beds are comfortable. Well located just in front of the train station and walking distance from downtown. Kreurig coffee machine and pods was a plus.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the location was great. The staff was amazing. We ate at Le Kudo a few times and the food was delicious and servers were great and friendly. The pool and sauna was great for my kids at the end of the after their training. Our room was very clean and we loved the view of the trees lite up, my son especially, he layed by the window just looking out.

The hotel was great - clean and comfortable and the outdoor heated pool was lots of fun with snow flurries falling. Our stay was quiet on the first night but on our second night a group there for a Christmas party were in the rooms all around us, with the “bar room” directly across from our room. At 1:30am we were awakened by pounding on our door by people looking for a drink - they wouldn’t believe that our room wasn’t the bar room. We called the front desk and they quieted down the party for 10 minutes but didn’t follow-up. The noise and banging of doors went on until 3:30 am, so we didn’t get much sleep. The Christmas party all should have been put in one section/floor so as to isolate them and allow other guests to enjoy a quiet night.
