Second time I have stayed here. Love the location, a few minutes away from busy part of The Esplanade. The pool is fine however might need an upgrade in the near future. Had a king size bed with mountain view in spacious room. Staff warm & friendly. Will be back and stay here.

The hotel was easy walking distance to everything , situated right on the Esplanade close to restaurants, shopping , the pool, boats to the reef and anything you want to do.. I have stayed there on previous occasions and the staff are always friendly, the room never disappoints and the meals are tops ..

No concierge service on arrival and staff on desk had very little English - I found it very hard to communicate with them. Had to pay for parking on top of the room charge. Only one towel in our room. Not at all what I was expecting and I don’t think I would come back in comparison to other places I have stayed here.
