I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and at home. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the front desk team was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly decorated, providing all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was particularly impressed with the housekeeping team, as they maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect—conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Really impressed by the hotel in general - it felt luxurious in the design, the quality of the rooms, and really appreciate the welcome we were provided. Staff were consistently great and the room's bed and offerings were much appreciated. One small suggestion would be slightly harder water pressure in the shower, but would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Loved the pool and saunas the most, however the whole properly was lovely! And the staff were great too! Clean, upscale, convenience, and reasonably priced. The valet parking was a nice perk, and was remarkably useful with a 3-year old in tow. I will definitely stay there again when I'm back in Montreal.

Second time staying here, nice location walking distance to lots of places. rooms are nice and I like the pool area. We woke up at 3 Am since the guests in room beside us were coming back but other than that everything else was good
