I usually book this hotel every time in Montreal. First couple times the hotel was affordable and excellent customer service . Last two time I’ve been wasn’t much happy with desks staffs . Arrived at 12:10 am trying to check in . Front desk person was not there . Cleaning guy open the door and welcomed me in . 25 min later the guy was still in the washroom. When I mentioned I waited 25mim he told me he was gone only 10 min witch kinda made me feel that I’m laying or something .

We had a great stay only one issue and that was a small one, the drinks that were in the mini bar were frozen had to wait to get them restocked. Other than that small issue everything was just perfect

Really helpful and friendly staff one gentleman helped me many times and helped answer all my touristy questions and helped me get reservations. The rooms are nice and big and fancy and the place is quiet and close to everything.
