Had a great night stay here, good was ok too. Clean and comfortable and really attentive service. The only downside is the noise from the road through the night / early morning there seems to be a fair amount of lorry traffic going by which is very noisy. Tea & Coffee facilities in the room but no milk which we had to go and ask for (not ideal when you want an early morning brew)

Centrally located pub for getting to nearby towns (Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden, Broadway and Stow-on-the-Wold). 10 mins walk to Batsford Arboretum or drive if you don't want to walk up the hill on the way back. Good for dogs, bridleway path 100yds away. 24hr garage nearby. Its owned by Butcombe, a great brewery! Enjoyed our stay and the food is pretty good too!

Enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at the Horse and Groom . The room was lovely and spacious and cleaned to a good standard. The pub has a lovely large beer garden for drinks and food. We ate once and the food was good . Breakfast was included in the room rate and was also good . The staff were friendly and helpful . Lots of lovely villages and towns are nearby but a car is needed. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived on a lovely day. Lots of parking. Nice welcome from the manager. Check in easy and manager to us to our room Spacious and quirky styling - We liked it. Good sized bathroom and shower was good. The bed was a little hard for my taste but I fell in love with the window seat and the beautiful views. Good choice of teas hot drinks. Water was free. Menu choices are great, varied and different. Bar snacks gorgeous. Small number of friendly staff made us feel welcome and comfortable straight away. Great breakfast too. Place of a lovely old inn and west z& rear showing. Some parts of our room needed attention (decor) but otherwise lovely. Will definitely visit again
