The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because in stead of an in-house convenience store the hotel had a single vending machine with very limited and over-priced options.

Parking terrible. Location terrible. Booked a junior suite and didn’t get it. The literal reason I booked this hotel over the Hilton is because there was a suite available and got screwed out of it and when I asked for some compensation I was given a hard time as if it was my fault that they overbooked.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The room we had was comfortable. The ends were comfortable the temperature was controllable with AC. A couple of maintenance things that could be fixed - the bathtub drained really slowly; the door entering the room from the hallway stuck and was really hard to open; the coffee maker was kinda cheap.

Tire was slashed, cameras “could not detect when it occurred as they black out after a certain hour”. Several of my cohorts told me this has also happened to them staying at this hotel. For being a “higher end” hotel the security is an absolute joke.

Walked all up and down Jasper Ave and then 109 Street. Our hotel was so easy to walk to, and just enjoyed a lovely weekend. Clean, beautiful room. And the espresso machine in the room was actually fantastic in the morning. We couldn’t get out of bed early enough for breakfast, but we very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you.
