Night in the castle
Great opportunity to sleep in a castle. Nice room with antiques and nice piece of furniture. Overall, a great place to stay although the church's bell played all night long. Breakfast was nice, but a bit early due to an unexpected commitment (of the manager).

Unique accommodation, but not a hotel
Very hard to classify the 1000 year old castle. Charming Italian host who speaks no English. No hotel facilities as such but amazing large room with views over the Piedmont landscape. Our shower was brand new but the glass in the ancient bathroom door cracked and threatened to fall out at any moment. Basic breakfast. No staff onsite overnight or for most of the morning. No fire instructions. No wifi, mini bar, safe, telephone or catering other than breakfast.

Ottima esperienza
e' la seconda volta che andiamo al castello e certamente non sarà l'ultima. Personale gentilissimo, camere stupende, ambiente rilassante. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Penso che dormire in un castello sia un'esperienza molto particolare, bella e certamente da consigliare. Una sola pecca: anche questa volta aspettavamo il fantasma di notte ma non si è presentato..... speria nella prossima volta. Cristina

Im Schloss logieren + dieses gleichzeitig erkunden
Interessante Unterkunft in einem Schloss mit der Möglichkeit, einen grossen Teil der äusserst interessanten und sehr schön eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten auf eigene Faust zu erkunden. Liegt mitten im lebendigen Dorf auf der Hügelspitze mit wunderbarer Aussicht ins Monferrato. Sehr sympathischer Empfang.

Esperienza fantastica
Al momento del check in abbiamo ricevuto un up grade gratuito: invece della stanza ci hanno alloggiato nella suite della torre. Bellissima. E siccome eravamo in pochi alloggiati potevamo girare a ns piacimento il piano nobile. Una esperienza unica. Unica pecca: di notte non è arrivato nessun fantasma. Sarà per la prossima volta.

Si spacciano per un hotel ed invece affittano una camera in una vecchia costruzione inaccessibile, addirittura chiedono 10 euro per aprire la porta dopo le ore 21,00. Posto assurdo

Weekend al Castello di Frassinello
All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla guida storica che si occupa anche dei check-in e assistenza clienti. Il castello nel suo complesso e stato molto ben restaurato, le camere nonostante qualche ammodernamento obbligatorio sono ottime. La pulizia è buona; la colazione non molto ricca è secondo noi l'anello debole della struttura. L'impressione generale e ottima, nonostante gli oltre 1000 anni del castello. La guida molto competente e appassionata di storia del luogo durante la visita ha saputo raccontare i vari eventi storici in modo eccellente e coinvolgente. Alla fine della visita viene fatta una degustazione dei prodotti tipici della zona, il punto focale sono i vini. Noi ci siano stati il 8/12/2017 la giornata era bella ma fredda. Nel periodo primavera/estate è molto meglio. La camera a noi assegnata era la suite n°2, l'arredo in stile dà l'impressione di essere proiettati in quell'epoca. Nota dolente, le campane ad ogni ora anche della notte rintoccano l'ora. A nostro avviso la temperatura della camera era troppo eccessiva, andrebbe inserito un regolatore almeno per la notte. Ma tuttavia questi sono solamente minimi dettagli. Consigliamo a tutti di fare questa bella esperienza. I complimenti d'obbligo vanno a tutto lo staff.

Location molto bella solo per una visita
Location molto bella ma la consiglio solo per la visita e non per il pernottamento, in quanto le camere non sono sufficientemente pulite (si respira polvere) e la colazione del mattino non é all'altezza del luogo. Inoltre si consuma la colazione tutti insieme allo stesso tavolo. E per finire, se non siete abituati, tenete presente che a pochi metri dal castello c'é un campanile che con i suoi rintocchi ti segnala il passare delle ore .... praticamente rischiate di dormire veramente poco. lodevole e interessante, invece, la visita con degustazione finale.

Plus qu'un hôtel , un château
Nous sommes entrés dans l'histoire du château , très bien accueillis par les gardiens La visite du lendemain , grâce à un guide très compétent , et dégustation de vin de la région ont très bien terminé le séjour.

Wir waren Mitte April da und das Wetter war frühlingshaft; ob/wie Klimaanlage oder Heizung bei Hitze/Kälte funktioniert wissen wir nicht. Einfaches typisch italienischen Frühstück gibt es im Hotel; andere Malzeiten müssen auswärts eingenommen werden. Es gibt viel zu entdecken und erfahren - wer Luxus sucht, ist aber am falschen Ort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Soggiorno sognato ma non esaudito
Il giorno prima della partenza telefono per la conferma della prenotazione ma mi viene comunicato che non solo non risulta la mia prenotazione ( circa 40giorni prima ) ma anche quella di altre 3 coppie amiche che nello stesso giorno avevano prenotato da siti diversi .Per fortuna la signora si attiva per trovarci una sistemazione alternativa. Vacanza salvata ma che stress e quante telefonate !!!!!!!!
