This property has a very welcoming and relaxed feel about it. Its condition is immaculate and Gabby is only too willing to assist and make the guest feel at home. Richmond is an excellent location from which to explore the region.

Amazing views Isolated- total peace and quiet Super comfortable beds/rooms large and spacious. Good base for bushwalks on South Bruny. Great place to chill and relax. Access road in a challenge unless you have a robust SUV.

Immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. Owners were wonderful nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast provisions were yummy and so was the coffee. Only negative was the steepness of the stairs which you do need to traverse carefully. In a very handy position for sightseeing and in a quiet location too. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!
