I stayed for a week and the room smelled like piss was not able to leave because i was with the family and had rented two rooms. The girl at the front desk was helpful thank god for that.

Only issue I had was the front desk staff who were in need of training in their job and customer service. Girl at check in was super sweet just again not as knowledgeable as she should be the girl the night before shouldn’t be alone if she can’t do her job or how to talk to people.

When I got to the hotel the room that they assigned to me was used and not cleaned .at the time that was the check in 3pm because the housekeepers didn't clean it and it was checked like it was cleaned up. So they gave me another room .and i need handicap ♿️ especially the shower accommodation poor staff handling

The first room had not heat The 2nd room, the remote to the tv didnt work and they wanted me to program another one. 3rd room fine, but had to have my room key reprogrammed every day.
