There were spiders hairs and webs in the bathroom shower so we didnā€™t use it. I put the do not disturb in the door and they came in and made the beds anyway. Note they only came in made the beds and left, didnā€™t change the trash clean anything at all

My room was perfect! Very spacious and I felt safe doing a solo stay. The front desk at my check in was amazing. Leaving the staff tried to charge me $20 for trying to extend my checkout from 12p to 1p. Sometimes I feel like they treat Expedia bookers different and I donā€™t understand why. Other than that I had a pleasant way and the complimentary breakfast was great!

This was nicely located and close to many great options for shopping and dining. It was good for what we needed, however our room was right behind the elevators and next to the linen closet, so it was constantly noisy. I recommend not getting any rooms ending in *14 on any of the floors. Other than that, staff was kind and friendly and the breakfast was wonderful for our family. There was plenty of parking even though the back was blocked off for building maintenance/upkeep during the duration of our stay. When checking out, we were never asked how our stay was... which I thought was odd.

My stay was great. The room was very clean and I never had to ask for more towels. I was on a work trip and everyday when I came back from work the room was clean with a fresh supply of towels. I will always find a Hyatt place to stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very polite and attentive! The breakfast was the cherry on top we stayed for 2 nights and got different options both days all 4 of our kids was satisfied. The only thing some wouldnā€™t be pleased with is the pool itā€™s very small plus outdoors. We was visiting a Waterpark Big Kahunas (thatā€™s another review 6.5/10) so that wasnā€™t an issue for us. So 10/10 we recommend!!!
