Our pullout couch, the sheets in that bed were so dirty. There was a couple bugs in there. Donā€™t know what they were. We called the front desk. They moved us. The lady that I spoke with was extremely rude and she was a manager. They contacted the GM Iā€™ve not heard a word from him, and I was there tonightā€™s. This is not good customer service

My room had no ventilation and no phone. I was told once I complained that my room should not have been rented out because it was not up to standard because there were so many issues with the room. I was told by Danica that I would be getting a refund once I checked out and then was told that I needed to contact Hotels.com for a refund. I honestly would never stay there again

There were spiders hairs and webs in the bathroom shower so we didnā€™t use it. I put the do not disturb in the door and they came in and made the beds anyway. Note they only came in made the beds and left, didnā€™t change the trash clean anything at all

My room was perfect! Very spacious and I felt safe doing a solo stay. The front desk at my check in was amazing. Leaving the staff tried to charge me $20 for trying to extend my checkout from 12p to 1p. Sometimes I feel like they treat Expedia bookers different and I donā€™t understand why. Other than that I had a pleasant way and the complimentary breakfast was great!
