No heat and it was 10* outside. They were telling me that the heat has to be on for 2-3 hours. Then in the middle of the night it was cold. Almost had an asthma attack.

Had a mechanical issue with the heater. Front desk staff moved us immediately to another room with no hassle. Hotel is fairly new and is very reasonably priced.
