Stayed at the Hotel during Oktoberfest and as a result the cost per night was very high. Our AC was broken and we got moved to a new room late at night. The only problem was the room he gave us was occupied! When we told him, he insisted it wasnt and went to the same room and woke the other couple again. He then did it again! I am unaware of an instance of such incompetence delivered with a level of indifference. Horrible customer service, below average rooms, and a really poor location in the city. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

This hotel is in a good area to walk to many attractions like Marienplatz. I was disappointed that there are no appliances in room so I had to get dressed and go downstairs to get a cup of coffee which was free but bottles of coke or beer were $3.50 eu. And you can't reheat and food brought back. The view is not good, the hotel faces what looks to be an abandoned building. The staff are excellent and accommodating.

Nice location a short walk / subway ride from the main train station in a quiet neighboorhood (partially commercial / residential). Rooms were small but well designed and met our needs perfectly. All day (free) coffee machine was an added perk and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again!
