Management doesn’t have their act together, but the setting is fabulous. First, the contact point did not know they were booking through Expedia and told us we didn’t have a reservation. Then, they sent us a location link that was 30 minutes from the property. When they finally found our reservation, the place wasn’t ready. We had to call for towels and used our own soap and other toiletries. We had a beautiful kitchen, but no cups or plates, and no way to make tea or coffee. The burners weren’t attached to a gas source.
Finally, we had a wonderful balcony, but no chairs, unlike the other units.
The only bright spot in all this is that our contact point did his best to address the issues. And was generally responsive.
