Fantastic place to stay - short and lovely walking distance to st ives (although a hill coming back). The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff are always happy to help. Great choice of breakfast and all very tasty and warm. The only small negative I would say is it's a shame theres no sauna/ jacuzzi but they do have an indoor and outdoor pool. Overall its a brilliant and beautiful hotel to stay. Thank you tregenna castle.

Fave hotel!
We love this hotel and have stayed a few times in the past few years. The staff are lovely and on top of everything especially at breakfast. The restaurant food is amazing quality and there are some seriously delicious dishes. The club sandwich is great too! Our deluxe sea view room was spacious and welcoming and the grounds of the hotel and the views are stunning!

Stunning hotel in every way - staff on reception absolutely fantastic (Russell in particular). One grumble albeit minor, and purely ‘feedback’ …… the cost of drinks in the bar. £7 for a pint of lager is exceptionally high - bar was empty much of the time. Perhaps more commercially priced drinks would encourage guests to remain on site ??

This is a beautiful place to stay in St. Ives. The staff are very lovely and the grounds are so well kept. We had the bed and breakfast package and the breakfast was delicious and filled us up for a day of walking along the beaches.

Not king a size bed as advertised, but two singles attached. Uncomfortable bed (mattress). Breakfast over-price. Minimal bathroom accessories. Car parking is compact given the number of people staying (and spacious grounds) with a lot of vehicles so close together difficult to get in and out of my car (on arrival parked away from anyone else, when returning to the car on both sides other cars too close). Disappointing given the high price. However, the grounds around the hotel are spectacular.

Stayed in Courtyard upstairs room not in main building. Quiet but hotel was not full. Pool quiet but needs a lot of updating. Nice walk into town. Uphill all the way back
