My stay was okay overall, and Iā€™d like to highlight the receptionist, who was very nice and welcoming. However, I had a less positive experience with one of the housekeeping staff. I felt that one of the maids was giving me rude stares, which made me uncomfortable and gave the impression of racial stereotyping. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects a lack of proper training in how to interact with guests. I strongly recommend providing staff with better training on professional behavior, including maintaining a respectful demeanor toward all guests. The low rating is due to your maid

We arrived at night and couldnā€™t find the hotel. I finally had to call after pushing our suitcases up and down the street. They close the door at night and thereā€™s no signage. Some members of the staff were very helpful with advice.

We absolutely loved the location. We felt safe, It was walking distance to most of the sites we wanted to see. There is a train stop not too far away called Toledo. We actually saw many of the things we wanted to see while walking back to the hotel from the street. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was just what we need to start our day. We would definitely stay here again. The room was perfect size and had a small balcony to look out. The front door was not immediately recognizable, but the address it clearly marked and all you have to do at night is ring the doorbell on the left and you will be buzzed in through the small door which is an access through the large arched doors. The doors are open during the day and all you have to do is walk through to the stairs or elevator to the right. The building is terracotta colored with white balconies.

Iā€™ve stayed here twice in the single room (which, happily, is more like an American ā€œfullā€ sized bed vs just a twin). I stayed here just one night each time because I needed to catch the ferry the next day to Capri. The service is helpful, the breakfast has all the basics, and itā€™s walking distance (12 mins) to the ferry departure point. If youā€™re a budget traveler and just need a classic, comfortable hotel, this is a great option. Nothing too fancy, very old school, everything is in order. I like the vintage charm. Good google options very close to the hotel and Gambrinus cafe/pastry shop is not to be missed.

This hotel is located in a lively area with shops and restaurants. The staff here is wonderful - very helpful and kind. The delicious breakfast consists of fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, and cappuccino. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Convenient location - we walked everywhere
This little B&B, tucked away in the middle of the city, was a very welcome surprise. On our only night in Naples, we walked all around and to the port for dinner & drinks. Take the Underground Tour (Napoli Sotterranea) around the corner on Vico S. Anna di Palazzo for another nice surprise.
