We were given a room that the AC was not working. We mention it to the front staff and he was too busy talking on his mobile to acknowledge us..Eventually they did move us to a different room..

Newly updated/remodeled rooms. Nice pool area. Reasonably priced for the amenities. Only about 10 mins from Broadway. Could improve breakfast offerings & keeping walkways and outdoor garbage cans clear/emptied. Overall, decent place to stay.

Very Convenient to Downtown
The hotel is conveniently located only about a 10-minute drive from downtown and the stadium. It's also got a restaurant/bar right next door. The room was comfortable and clean and we liked the hardwood floors. The only thing that could have been cleaner, were the floors. Bring little slippers so you don't have to worry about how clean the floors are.

not the worst but not so great
Best part is the pool. the beds felt like futons, the floors were so dirty walking barefoot i had to lay towels down to walk around, bathroom sink and toilets were backed up. continental breakfast was not even put out til way later. Front office check in lady was nice.

The lower cost did not justify The inconvenience
I wanted to check. In early and they charged me $35 even though the hotel wasn't even halfway full.So the room was available that I was going to stay in for 3 days, The walls are thin and I never once had a hot shower no matter what time of the day
