Initially booked another hotel but for some reason they couldn’t find my booking. So I had to wait in the lobby with my children for 2 hours while they sorted it out. After that the hotel I was moved to was nice. But didn’t have complementary breakfast that I expected. But the hotel was nice

The breakfast in the morning was good other than I saw the spoon fall into the gravy and I alerted management and I just saw the kitchen worker get the spoon out and wipe it off and reuse it, I feel the worker should have replaced the entire pan of gravy due to germs. Everything else was great and the bartender was awesome with great people skills.

Excellent room and hotel
Very clean, updated, good breakfast, very comfy bed. Mattress was a firm pillow top. Much more comfortable than regular hotel mattresses. Only thing I didn’t like was I could not connect my streaming service to the tv. but that’s a personal preference. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were supplied.

Overall a nice trip and nice hotel but would be remiss to not add there was an incident the night we stayed that was no way the hotels fault. There were a handful of cars in the parking lot that had their windows busted out and property stolen. The hotel is in a nice area and there are guard rail arms at the entrance and exit, nothing more the hotel could have done short of having an armed guard outside. But it did happen and made an ugly stain on our otherwise nice trip.
