The property was in a great location but the carpets were stained the pillows had stains and the towels had stains. The blinds were broken, some of the switches on the lights and fans were broken. I would not stay here again until they updated these items.

Great location, not exceptionally clean
The apartment is located in such a convenient spot! We really enjoyed being to access the little village around it, Vanderbilt and Music Row by foot or e-bike (available for rent right across the street). It was also nice and cool on the hottest days and we really appreciated that. The apartment was not exceptionally clean. We found crunched up Doritos on the floor when we walked in, the bath tub was grimy and the carpeting in the bedroom really needs to be replaced. It's pretty gross. The kitchen was clean and well appointed and the little balcony was so nice to use after the sun went down.

My husband had to go to Vanderbilt Medical for a procedure and the unit was quite nice. I think the proximity to the hospital and walkability to restaurants was a major plus . The only negative I had was the couch was a sleeper which made it uncomfortable when just sitting on ti watching but all else was great

It was nice but in need of repairs. Tub spout was loose and would only close half way so shower was half strength., Carpet in bedroom was very old and stained. The couch was worn down in the center and not comfortable anymore. Otherwise very nice and lots of room

Suite was very clean and modern with nice amenities and comfortable bed. The neighborhood is great with lots of shops and restaurants steps away. The medical center is right across the street, so we had easy access to thant and to Vanderbilt University. The only downside was the noise. The walls are very thin and we could hear someone in the next room coughing all night. The parking was convenient and there were plenty of spots but it was not secure (door to the garage was open for the entire 3 days and nights of our stay). Overall it was a very mice place and we would stay there again (just bring eat plugs)
