Our room was filthy. Air filter was full of dust. We had no TV until we borrowed a computer to hook up to the TV. Our 3rd person had to sleep on air mattress do to broken sofa-bed. EDIT: Can't upload photos to show condition.

Low review. Only due to pool condition needs a vacuum. So much gravely dirt in bottom. And chairs stretched to the point they poke your back when laying on them. Room and property is great. Great beds. Pillows excellent. Balcony could use a sweep and wash.

This Sonder is in a great location but is VERY noise at night. We stayed there last year as well and don’t recall it being quite as bad. There is a new bar across the street so I’m assuming they were the culprit.

Room was dirty. Had an overnight delay getting any towels. Floors were dirty. Bathroom walls were dirty. Towels were stained. Toilet seat was loose. There was no place inside shower to put soap or toiletries. There were no grab bars in shower. The electronic code for the elevator was very inconvenient. Elevator was out of service most of our visit! We will not return to your hotel.

The one bedroom unit with king bed was beautiful and spacious. Loved the kitchen. The bed was comfy. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable and actually broken. Communication with the Sonder chat was great. Would of been nice to be able to enter bedroom from living space and not just through the bedroom.

I normally do not leave bad reviews, however, I would like the guests and owners to be aware of how filthy dirty this apartment was so the problems can be corrected for future guests. To start the carpets were stained and filthy. I instructed my kids to not take their shoes off! The bathroom shower floor tiles had mold in several areas and actual hairs on bathroom floor. I did contact the management company and let them be aware of the situation and also upon request, sent them photos. We immediately left and was granted a full refund. The lay out was perfect and in a nice area. I would hope that this unit was just one of the bad ones and that it could be fixed for future guest enjoyment.

Spacious apartment with all the amenities you require. The pool area was really nice. I also liked the location - some good places to eat nearby. Unfortunately my apartment (434) had a funky smell which was most noticeable when first entering the apartment. Also there was some noise & vibration, possibly from an AC unit nearby (not from my apartment), in the bedroom so I ended up having to sleep on the couch in the living room

Great stay in Nashville
The unit was very nice so much more spacious than a hotel room. We did not use the stove but it was nice to have as well as the fridge. Toaster and coffee maker were appreciated. The only thing I would suggest is that the bedroom get room darkening blinds as when the sun comes up it is bright. Great stay would return.
