This property was beautiful. Ideal walkability to the beach, amenities. The waterpark was amazing and it was clean. The staff at almost every post, restaurant, and food truck was rude and not very helpful but overall we loved the hotel.

The property is clean, beautiful, and as expected for the price. What was a shock was the food pricing. $22 for 8 wings, $6 for plain buttered toast, $70-$150 for a steak - not including sides... Most sides were $8-$15 each. A beer is $11-$13... $40 in cab fee to go anywhere - one way! We spent more in food and drinks than hotel and gambling. Will definitely rule this place out for future visits and research food prices in the future before booking!

The entire property is amazing. We were there for four days and didn’t even see everything they had to offer. The food was amazing at every location. The pools were clean, staff was friendly, rooms were spacious. It is EXPENSIVE to eat there, but that being said, we expected that and the quality of the food was so good that we didn’t even mind at the end of the day. If you can afford it, we spent roughly $400 a day on food and drinks for two adults without trying to be cautious. Again, not an affordable place but we were treating ourselves and were so pleased with the food, atmosphere, and service that we can’t complain. Highly recommend this resort if you’re able to afford it. You won’t regret it.

Signage was bad, hard to navigate, no nightlife like the Atlantis, No comedy club or movie theatre, nightlife limited to gambling. In bed by 10 because of the nightlife.

Unfortunately we did not have a 10/10 experience here. The first room we were given had a horrible urine smell, we tried to contact the front desk by phone and was put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on twice. We were able to get into a new room but the woman who helped us at the front desk was very unfriendly. The lady who cleaned our room mentioned we should have a cooler but we did not, our balcony doors lock did not work and the air conditioning was not working the last 2 nights. The staff at Costa was unfriendly and not very accommodating. The little shops/bars/drink huts workers were unpleasant as well. As much as they charge in service fees on top of the extremely high pricing, you would think the employees would be more pleasant but we just felt like we were annoying them. The prices are insanely high so I guess I expected a more pleasant experience. The scenery is stunning and the grounds are gorgeous on a positive note.

Some of the female staff wasn’t friendly, didn’t really get any assistance with my bag to my room. I guess because I’m from Turks and Caicos Islands and my accent is similar to a Bahamian, I wasn’t treated as an international guest more of a local treatment where I had to figure things out. Good part was the men were nice and it was safe.

The Beach Club and Water Park are the best. My kids could stay at the water park all day! The pools around the resort are really nice. The flamingo parade each morning had my kids up early! Next time I’m there I gotta do some gambling. Great resort. It’s huge so be prepared to walk a lot. My kids also enjoyed the arcade and The Sugat Factory. The first time I was there we had a suite. Which had a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms & a washer & dryer. It was a very spacious room. With an amazing view. My second visit there a month later was just as nice as the first. Concierge even helped find someone to decorate our room for my daughter’s birthday that included a cake! She was so happy. The front desk staff remembered us from the 1st visit. All the staff were amazing. Restaurants were all good. But I especially loved Marcus & Cleo. Can’t wait to go back!
