Great Hotel in a Cozy Neighborhood
We were in town for a birthday of a family member and had 3 rooms for a Saturday night. We love the location of this hotel being a block off of Michigan Avenue, it's just a more cozy neighborhood feel than the hustle and bustle a block away. However, it's near everything, so we were able to park our car, walk everywhere and not see our car until we checked out Sunday. I would definitely stay here again!

The mattress in room 1910 needs to be replaced. It is the first time I have stayed at the hotel where I have been somewhat disappointed. The concierge wasn’t there at crucial times when making dinner reservations and the I had to ask that water be sent up. Also the bed was sagging on one side. Really needs an upgrade. Disappointed as we always stay at the Sofitel when we come to Chicago, which is several times a year.
