This was our second time in Vegas and we stayed from 20th - 27th December. Caesars' location is brilliant. It is very central on the strip and convenient. The hotel is dirty. The casino is dirty and the rooms are dirty. Hair in the bathroom when we arrived and the carpet in the room had clumps of fluff on. Once you get out of the lift onto the main hotel floor, it is LOUD. The music is uncomfortably loud, unlike any other hotel on the strip. It was very very odd. We didn't like the smoking indoors but we understand that we can't complain about that as we didn't choose a non smoking hotel/casino. The hotel reception/lobby is a joke. The queues were always long and they appeared incredibly under-staffed. Because of the nature of Vegas, you can't help but compare Caesars to all of the other hotels on the strip and it definitely is one I would avoid staying in. It is not worth the money, it is not clean and is uncomfortable. We returned to Vegas on 30th December after a road trip and stayed for one night at Mandalay Bay. It is right at the end of the strip so the location is not as central but everything about it was better than Caesars and it was half the price per night.

There were 3 women that went above and beyond to make our awful stay better and to them I’ll be forever grateful. There were so many rude and unhelpful employees. It was our first time staying here and I thought it would be fun since we always go to the same hotels, but it was definitely not fun and it will be the last time we do that. It may have been a different experience had they actually had customer service people when you call the hotel that work at the hotel to help with issues before checkin and not transfer you everywhere. It was so frustrating! The valet prices have gone up along with the hotel fees. I was kind of surprised how much higher it was from last year especially since it’s winter and the pools aren’t even open.

When I arrived in my room none of the light switches worked. I had to use my phone to light the room to turn on the lights at the actual light. The tub jets did not work I called the desk about my concerns and was offered to have someone come up but I had already drained the tub and just asked that they look into it. Upon getting the ready the next am I noticed a used contact lense on the bathroom counter. It made me concerned about what else was not cleaned in the room. I expected a lot better from cesars

I never have stayed at Caesars even though I have been to Vegas at least 20 times but tried ot this time due to a sale they had. The property is very nice and well located. We had issues checking in, however, as they gave our room away. They gave us a "penthouse" suite to make up for it but warned if we stayed in it mire than 10 hours, we would be charged 5k dollars. We barely slept making sure we switched rooms as soon as we could. This teansition was relatively smooth and the clerk who switched us to the room we were supposed to have said they shouldnt have threatened us like that. We were satisfied at this point, but that was short lived as our credit card began daily charges for our entire stay even though we prepaid through Travelocity. Almost 5k worth of charges as they billed us for 5 day stay over and over again. The front desk manager was very rude to us about it. We complained higher up and they removed resort fees to make up for it. They even gave us two free meals, but the charges kept coming and one even posted. They then said they would refund our prepaid stay there but that never happened. I appreciate what they did but they also make promises to please you at that moment but never follow through. They finally told us the issue was their AI billing system which was just activated and it did not understand what prepaid means. Not sure if I would ever stay there again, the posted charge was finally returned 2 weeks after our stay.
