We booked through Expedia for a King Room with a pullout sofa. We got in late and were given a small room with no sofa bed. We booked the room with a sofa bed so our son could stay with us while we were in town. As a result, he wasnā€™t able to stay with us and when we asked the hotel front desk the next day about it, she was very nice and said that room wasnā€™t the one we prepaid for, but there was nothing she could do to adjust the price since we booked through Expedia.
