Bay Parklands 4, 2 Gowrie Avenue - pool & tennis court

The open plan air-conditioned living and dining areas have high raked ceilings with an abundance of natural light flooding through the floor to ceiling windows. The living area has a Smart TV and comfortable furnishings and the bonus of unlimited Wi-Fi.

The kitchen has been renovated and has complete cooking facilities with a glass top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. The living area has sliding glass doors that access out to the alfresco dining courtyard and gas BBQ.

All three bedrooms are on the upper level, and all have air conditioning and ceiling fans, the main bedroom and second bedrooms also have TV’s and DVD players making this very easy to holiday in as everyone has their own space. The bathroom is a three-way design giving you a bath and shower area, vanity area and separate toilet.

The townhouse has a private internal laundry on the lower level, it is fitted with a top loading washing machine and dryer and also provides access to a second courtyard area, with clothes line and double lock up garage (5.1m deep x 2.1m high a 5.9m wide).

Bay Parklands is spread over 5 acres, it is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court, established gardens and plenty of grass areas for the kids to play. A quick two-minute walk and you are at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board, Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and the boat ramp - making this is the ideal location for a family child friendly beachside holiday.

Walk to the beach, swim in the pool, jump in the spa or have a game of tennis (BYO racquets and balls), everything is at your fingertips and with only a few minutes’ drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping, Bay Parklands is the best location to holiday.
