Columbia, 3 12 Columbia Close - large unit with fantastic water views and wifi

Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim, paddle board or just float around on an inflatable lounge.  Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and the boat ramp, this is certainly the ideal location for a family child friendly beachside holiday.  Multiple dining venues are available within walking distance, such as the popular fish and chip shop, Little Beach Boathouse restaurant and bar and Wests Diggers Club.  

The unit is on the first floor with an open plan living/ dining area with Smart TV, DVD player and CD player, large fully equipped kitchen with brand new microwave, dishwasher and rangehood and a freestanding oven and cooktop.  Two bedrooms with the main having access to a private balcony with water views and access to the two-way bathroom.  The bathroom provides a shower, bath, toilet and vanity and an additional toilet is provided in the laundry, the laundry also has a top loader washing machine and dryer.  

A double undercover car space is available so you can park the car and walk to the beach, restaurants and clubs.  Imagine having a BBQ at the beach and watching some of the best sunsets the east coast has to offer, this is all yours when you stay at 3 Columbia.

A very nice unit with minor problems
I don’t want to criticise because this unit it spacious, very well situated with lovely views, recently refitted furnished and decorated so it is beautifully presented. Unfortunately the only heater was defective and not replaced by the agent when we mentioned it so we had to dress warmly indoors. The bigger issue is the small hot water tank which heats off peak, so use it up and go without. I’m not sure how this could be easily addressed, anyway we managed, but forget the bath! A huge positive is the enormous smart tv with Netflix and the vey efficient wifi. We would definitely stay here again , nowhere is perfect, but this ticks most of our boxes as an older couple.
