Commodore 3, 6 Intrepid Close - the heart of Little Beach
Open plan living and al fresco dining with a Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and DVD player, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, upright stove, and family size fridge. There is a ceiling fan in the living room and a new split air conditioner.
Two bedrooms with the master bedroom that has a queen-size bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan, water views, and access to the main balcony and outdoor setting, whilst the second bedroom has a timber tri-bunk with built in trundle. The newly renovated bathroom has a rainforest shower, shower screen, vanity, and a separate renovated toilet. The internal laundry is in the bathroom area and is fitted with a top loader washing machine and dryer.
The unit provides one secure single lock up garage plus one-off street parking space for a second car or a small tinnie/ jet ski.
The Commodore complex is located between Little Beach which is a family friendly beach and popular Shoal Bay Beach with only a Reserve between you and water and the benefit of having no roads to cross which is perfect for children.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am
