There is also a second living area with a Smart TV in the back section of the unit, bedrooms two and three are also located in this area which makes it perfect for the children. The large main bedroom is located on the waterside of the unit and has sensational water views, huge ensuite with a spa bath, Smart TV and balcony access to allow the beautiful breeze to flow through. The main bathroom provides a full size bath, shower and a separate powder room toilet.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and a family size fridge, if dining out is an option for you, the unit is located within walking distance to West Diggers Club, Little Beach marina has the very popular Little Beach Boathouse restaurant which offers superb dining and a fantastic bar area downstairs so you can sit back and watch the incredible sunsets.
There is a kid's playground directly across the road from the unit and a safe netted swimming area, the complex has a lovely in ground pool and secure undercover parking for one vehicle.
Florentine has been a favourite complex for many families over the years, we manage multiple units in the complex so the entire extended family can all holiday together and still have their own space.
