Parking: Single garage with an extra high clearance to allow for boat parking, you can park the boat in the garage and the car in the car space provided).Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.
