Great hotel!
Our stay was wonderful! Staff members were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the pull out sofa that my daughter slept on. It had some sharp metal poking through a little bit and she got 2 cuts on the legs from them.

Check in Disaster!!
3pm checkin. They kept me in the lobby until 4:30pm & said room was not available. They said they couldnt change to another room, because I used this application, instead of booking direct. Horrible check in experience. Front desk man did not even want to follow up and was just waiting until the computer told him the room was ready. Will not be coming back here.
