Romantic farmhouse in the border triangle D-A-CZ

In the border triangle D-A-CZ is located on a 3400 m² plot of land, the 250-year-old Böhmerwaldhaus. The Hochficht (A) ski area is 6 km away, and the Schwarzenberg (A) outdoor pool is 2 km away.
The house, which can only be reached via a branch path, has 3 terraces, a covered patio, 600 m² of the property are fenced. On the property with mature trees is also a source and it is bounded east by forest and west by a cow pasture. The building was completely renovated from 1993 to 2016 by the owners (architects) only with regional building materials and until 2018 used as a private holiday home. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wok, raclette and fondue dishes are available. It was, as far as feasible, dispensed with plastics. In the lower bathroom, the former cowshed, there is a steam sauna. In the living room is a tiled stove, in the developed "barn" an open fireplace and a Swedish stove. It is also allowed to smoke here, as opening the gallery window ensures optimal smoke extraction.

The beds are made with ironed sheets, towels and table linen are also provided. Washer and dryer are available. This Waldlerhaus was rebuilt according to ecological guidelines, d. H. No toxic building materials were used. As a result, a spider may be sitting on the granite wall, or a mouse may be scurrying through the open door. But the quality of the air and the water is one of the best in Germany.

This holiday home is perfect for family holidays or multi-generational holidays, as it is a real paradise for children. Pet are allowed. Babysitting can be arranged.
