THE SPACE

The upper level of Coastal Escape features a dramatic two-story great room with fireplace that seamlessly opens to the kitchen and dining area. These spaces have spectacular views and lead to a large screen porch and wrap around deck overlooking the lake. The home’s primary suite is on this floor and has doors to the deck + features a king bed and ensuite bath. Also on this level is Bedroom two with a full bath across the hall and laundry.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The pool and hot tub at this home are open seasonally during the summer months only. Please contact us for exact dates as they change on an annual basis.

From June 2 - August 25, 2024 this home has a 7-day minimum with check ins/outs on Sundays only.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome a maximum of one (1) dog under 50 lbs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring your dog.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
