I had a conference to attend at Rutgers University and stayed at the Rutgers Inn and Conference Center the night before. It was clean, convenient, quiet, and the staff was outstanding. I highly recommend it and will definitely be staying there again.

it was great customer service was great but the only issue was the thermostat. It wasn’t getting very cold i had a little trouble with it even if it was on cool and fan but other then that it was great.

Looked for an area hotel and reasonable price attracted me to this Inn. I did not realize that these were guest rooms. In a hotel room, you get a sense of privacy where you can play your music, talk on phone, etc. and not feel that you’re bothering others. Here, no privacy, and I noticed how thin the walls were when someone banged on the wall late night because they could hear me talking on the phone. In the morning, I could hear housekeeping’s every move in the hallway as they prepared themselves for the work day. Housekeeping kept knocking on my door and tried to come into my room one time prior to checkout time. Not a hotel room but rather a guest room, somewhere to lay your head overnight and be very quiet.
